Located within the boundaries of Yeni Mahalle in Altınordu district, Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ordu is a large-scale and functional tourism structure constructed by Şanlıtürk Yapı in line with international hospitality standards. The entire construction process of the project—including planning, implementation, and technical manufacturing stages—was carried out by Şanlıtürk Yapı, and upon completion, the building was commissioned to be operated as a hotel in accordance with the Ramada Plaza concept.

The architectural design, structural system, spatial organization, and technical infrastructure solutions were designed and implemented to meet the requirements of five-star hotel use. In this respect, the building provides a qualified physical contribution to Altınordu’s accommodation infrastructure. Throughout the construction process, priority was given to the use of long-lasting materials, structural durability, and functional efficiency.

Thanks to its proximity to the city center, the coastal axis, and main transportation routes, the facility is located at an accessible point for business, tourism, and event-oriented stays. Its closeness to public transportation connections and surrounding commercial and social areas facilitates building use and daily circulation.

Situated within the developing residential fabric of Yeni Mahalle, the structure is among the prestigious buildings of the area due to its large construction area and capacity.
