Şanlıtürk Furniture & Decoration
Founded in 2012, our in-house furniture workshop operates today with a team of 25 interior designers and craftsmen. Doors, kitchen cabinetry and fitted furniture are produced entirely under our own control, to project-specific dimensions and designs.
With modern production facilities, quality materials and attention to detail, the workshop delivers durable, attractive and functional furniture for residential and commercial projects. Every stage, from design to installation, is managed from a single centre to guarantee consistent quality.

Selçuk İnşaat
The first company in our group, Selçuk İnşaat is a major building materials supplier that stocks everything from structural to finishing materials. Concrete, steel, construction chemicals, insulation and finishing products are all supplied from a single source.
Because the materials for all our projects come directly through our own company, we gain speed in logistics, control and advantage in costs, and consistency in quality. The supply chain runs without interruption, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the planned standard.

Penta Beton
Part of Şanlıtürk Group, Penta Beton operates two ready-mixed concrete plants and has the highest production capacity in the region. Its modern facilities and continuously monitored processes produce high-strength ready-mixed concrete.
All the concrete used in our residential projects is supplied by our own company, ensuring full compliance with technical standards, continuous quality control and on-time delivery. Managing everything from production to site from a single centre is the foundation of structural safety and long-lasting buildings.
