Şanlıtürk Yapı began building homes in Ordu in 2003 and today operates within Şanlıtürk Group, delivering projects built on quality and trust. The group's foundations were laid in 1993 with Selçuk İnşaat, founded by Naci Şanlıtürk, and it has since grown across several sectors into a strong, corporate organisation.

1993
Selçuk İnşaat founded
The group's foundations were laid with the building materials company founded by Naci Şanlıtürk.
2003
Şanlıtürk Yapı
Residential construction began in Ordu; ground was broken on Selçuklu Residences.
2009
Penta Beton
Penta Beton was established to produce ready-mixed concrete for the group.
2012
Şanlıtürk Furniture & Decoration
A workshop was set up to produce doors, kitchens and fitted furniture.
2022
Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ordu
The 29,000 m² five-star hotel project was completed.
