Located in the Yeni neighbourhood of Altınordu, Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ordu is a large, highly functional hospitality building constructed by Şanlıtürk Yapı to international hotel standards. The entire construction process — planning, execution and technical works — was carried out by Şanlıtürk Yapı, and the completed building opened as a hotel under the Ramada Plaza brand.

The architectural design, structural system, spatial organisation and technical infrastructure were designed and built for five-star hotel use, making a high-quality contribution to Altınordu's hospitality capacity.
